Laura Balcerek is a Polish graphic designer and illustrator based in Glasgow. She is studying Communication Design (Illustration) at Glasgow School of Art. Most of her work centres around political and social issues. In 2019 she produced a prototype of an educational board game about intersectionality of inequalities as part of a non-profit projekt about queerness (sąsiedztwo – granice bliskości, queerowy demontaż). She has frequently explored the state of women’s rights in her country of origin, and produced various illustrations and animations for Greenpeace Poland.
